Maintaining Coverage Coverage begins on January 1, 2022 and runs through December 31, 2022 except: l If your employment ends, your medical and dental coverage will too at the end of the month in which you terminate. l If at any time the full deduction can’t be taken from your paycheck, it then becomes your responsibility to submit payment to CPK in order for your insurance coverage to stay in effect.
